Q.  What is the difference between the LYNX and the COUGAR

 A. The LYNX is designed for general craft purposes and is a superb cutter for those who want reliability, superior cutting and expert service on a budget. The COUGAR is similar to the LYNX but has added features such as USB memory port, Higher quality laser, stronger carriage and a superior, sleek design.

 Q.   Do I need cartridges to use these machines?

 A. No. The machines come with Signcut craft edition and we use inkscape for designing. You also have the option of purchasing without signcut and use Make the cut or Scal3.

 Q.   Can I buy tools and accessories for the machines?

A.  Yes. As New tools become available you will be able to purchase them through this website.

 Q. I am not very good with computers and electronic gadgets?

 A. We have a dedicated forum to support our customers and help with any problems they may have.

 Q.   What sort of media can I cut with these machines?

 A. You can cut fine paper through to heavy cardboards, Chipboard and matte board (with optional cutting blade), Vinyls, Acetates, fabric, felt and rubber stamping material.
